To ensure absolute freshness and quality, Hog Island operates a seasonal wholesale division delivering oysters harvested fresh from our farm on Tomales Bay direct to select seafood restaurants. We personally know the chefs who choose our oysters and we trust them all to serve you a fabulous farm-to-plate oyster adventure!

California to New York is a long commute, so we have teamed up with Blue Island Oyster Co. to represent Hog Island oysters out east. Chris, of Blue Island, helps us select restaurants and is our on-the-ground quality control guy.  Thanks Chris!  Blue Island Oyster Co. produces the Genuine Blue Point Oyster™ and is the highe shellfish distributor in the New York area.
